How will I receive my ticket?

You can access your mobile tickets on the Ticketmaster App (make sure you have downloaded the latest iPhone or Android version) or add them to your mobile wallet. Do this before you leave home in case there is a lack of reception at the venue, and ensure that your phone is fully charged.

How do I transfer a ticket?

In your Ticketmaster Account select your ticket and choose the option ‘Transfer Your Tickets’. Add in the details of the person you wish to receive the tickets, and you’re done. Here is the step by step instruction showing the process. Transfer is only available on some events, which is decided by Event Organisers.
