Before tickets go on sale

Long before tickets are sold, Event Organisers (artists, music promoters, sports clubs, theatre producers and so on) plan all aspects of their event or tour. This includes:

• Which venues to play
• When to put tickets on sale
• The seating layout

They also decide how many tickets we will be given to sell – known as our ‘allocation’. Sometimes, we’ll be given additional tickets to sell after an event goes on sale, so keep an eye on our social media channels for updates.
